  • Drop-in! Pre-registration is not necessary unless specified
  • Arrive ten to fifteen minutes early to prepare for class  
  • Bring a bath towel, yoga mat and bottle of water (supplies are available to rent or to buy)

Spend 75 minutes in a slow, soft and meditative practice lead by Lindsey using Dr Cohen’s Acuball to breathe into and release tight muscles, joints and fascia. The class will focus on countering the cumulative effects of computer use, work-related strain and everyday life on posture and stress levels.

A yoga class designed to sequentially stretch and align the body for optimal performance and health during your athletic regime. Yin Yoga is quiet and passive, and focuses on stretching the body’s connective tissue. This class emphasizes postures that isolate muscles and joints most affected by repetitive use in order to ensure the body remains limber and injury free.

Community Acupuncture Clinic

Patients receive acupuncture treatments in groups, resting in the quiet, meditative space of the studio while their needles are in place. Many enjoy the community setting, as it enables them to come with a friend or family member. This setting moreover, can have a powerful and positive impact on the results of the treatment.
